This is the only place in London to find the designs of Alexander McQueen, head of the House of Givenchy in Paris and one of the fashion industry's stars. Producing his own cottons, silks, and plastics, McQueen creates revealing, feminine women's couture and ready-to-wear, and has started a menswear line. McQueen made his reputation creating shock-value apparel that was more photographed than worn. But recently, fashion critics have called his new outfits "consumer friendly." Browns has introduced "Browns Living," an eclectic array of lifestyle products.
